- Eligibility for Returns:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged saree, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement.
- Wrong Item: If the incorrect item was sent, please notify us within 7 days. We will provide a replacement.
- Change of Mind: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for sarees if you simply change your mind.
- Time Frame:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, we are unable to offer a return.
- Return Process:
- Contact us at Trishaz to initiate a return request.
- Provide a description of the issue and include your order number.
- Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Please pack them securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
